This artwork by Senkichiro Nasaka achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in October 2016. In the Asobi: Japanese & Korean Postwar Art auction, the work without title sold for GBP 10,625.00 (€ 11,836.57) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Senkichiro Nasaka; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Work 192 sold at auction in June 2014 with the realized price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 14,134.40).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Senkichiro Nasaka erzielte im Oktober 2016 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asobi: Japanese & Korean Postwar Art wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 10.625,00 (€ 11.836,57) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Senkichiro Nasaka; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Work 192 im Juni 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 14.134,40).
