Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Andy Warhol, 'Minestrone Soup' by Richard Pettibone was auctioned at Christies in London in July last year. The price achieved of GBP 15,120.00 (€ 18,055.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Pettibone achieve. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.120,00 (€ 18.055,97) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden.
