Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 5,670.00 (€ 4,908.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ralph Eugene Meatyard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled, (Flag - derelict interior with Christopher), 1960 in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 33,600.00 (€ 24,597.36).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.670,00 (€ 4.908,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden.
