A top price for Qiu Deshu
The work Fissuring-Landscape (Dawn Light) by Qiu Deshu was sold in the Asian and Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Shanghai in October 2014. Here, the upper estimate of CNY 2,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CNY 2,190,000.00 (€ 285,940.94). With this result, Fissuring-Landscape (Dawn Light) is even the most expensive work of art by Qiu Deshu that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Fissuring-Landscape (Dawn Light) von Qiu Deshu wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Asian and Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Shanghai versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von CNY 2.000.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für CNY 2.190.000,00 (€ 285.940,94) einen neuen Besitzer.
