Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lucille by Philippe Pasqua was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September 2018. It changed hands for a price of USD 37,500.00 (€ 32,266.39) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Philippe Pasqua - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Laura, which sold at auction in March 2013 for USD 152,500.00 (€ 118,991.89).

Die Arbeit Lucille von Philippe Pasqua wurde im September 2018 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 32.266,39) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Philippe Pasqua mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Laura beobachtet, die im März 2013 für USD 152.500,00 (€ 118.991,89) versteigert wurde.
