In October 2018 Christies in New York held the auction The Collection of Melva Bucksbaum: Post-War and Contemporary Art, Photographs and Prints, which included the work Untitled (sketch book page) #12; Untitled (sketch book page) #14; Dancing #2 by Nicola Tyson. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,750.00 (€ 1,544.30), 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicola Tyson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figure and Ploughed Field in December 2021 with an auction result of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 42,081.64).

Im Oktober 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The Collection of Melva Bucksbaum: Post-War and Contemporary Art, Photographs and Prints durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (sketch book page) #12; Untitled (sketch book page) #14; Dancing #2 von Nicola Tyson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.750,00 (€ 1.544,30) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicola Tyson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figure and Ploughed Field im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.280,00 (€ 42.081,64).
