Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (No. 199) by Mahjoub Ben Bella was auctioned at Bonhams in London in May this year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 23,040.00 (€ 26,807.19) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mahjoub Ben Bella - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled , which sold at auction in April 2015 for USD 68,750.00 (€ 61,592.90).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 23.040,00 (€ 26.807,19) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 25.000,00.
