It achieved a price of GBP 11,970.00 (€ 14,273.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kojo Marfo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Noble Passage, which sold at auction in April 2021 for GBP 35,280.00 (€ 40,582.26).

Die Arbeit The Soul and The Spirit von Kojo Marfo kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 11.970,00 (€ 14.273,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Kojo Marfo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Noble Passage beobachtet, die im April 2021 für GBP 35.280,00 (€ 40.582,26) versteigert wurde.
