Auction result fails to reach estimate
When this work without title by Kjeld Ulrich was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in February this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had set an estimate of DKK 3,000.00 but failed to be met - in fact, the artwork changed hands for DKK 1,650.00 (€ 221.62). Admittedly, works by Kjeld Ulrich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March this year with an auction result of DKK 7,000.00 (€ 939.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Kjeld Ulrich im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit DKK 3.000,00 angegeben, edn dieses Werk bei seiner Vertsiegerung jedoch nicht erreichen konnte - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für DKK 1.650,00 (€ 221,62) den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kjeld Ulrich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 7.000,00 (€ 939,39).
