Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Odette - Circa 1907 by Jean Crotti was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Artcurial in April 2017. The price achieved of EUR 9,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Crotti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les forces mécaniques de l'amour en mouvement in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 1,032,500.00 (€ 867,792.91).

Die Arbeit Odette - Circa 1907 von Jean Crotti wurde im April 2017 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Crotti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les forces mécaniques de l'amour en mouvement im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.032.500,00 (€ 867.792,91).
