Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective, which included the work Solar Duality by Jan Kaláb. The price achieved of GBP 15,120.00 (€ 17,752.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Jan Kaláb have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2020 the work Blue Cloud 1234Pm was auctioned for GBP 18,900.00 (€ 21,098.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit Solar Duality von Jan Kaláb zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.120,00 (€ 17.752,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jan Kaláb konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2020 die Arbeit Blue Cloud 1234Pm für GBP 18.900,00 (€ 21.098,78) versteigert.
