Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In August 2010 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Eclectic, Stockholm S193, which included the work "Plan över flottan vid Viborgs redd 1790" by Jacob Gillberg. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 6,500.00 (€ 694.31), 18% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacob Gillberg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Axel von Fersen the Elder" (1755-1810), which sold at auction in December 2012 for SEK 19,000.00 (€ 2,213.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im August 2010 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Eclectic, Stockholm S193 durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Plan över flottan vid Viborgs redd 1790" von Jacob Gillberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 6.500,00 (€ 694,31) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Jacob Gillberg mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Axel von Fersen the Elder" (1755-1810) beobachtet, die im Dezember 2012 für SEK 19.000,00 (€ 2.213,26) versteigert wurde.
