Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2015 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Tissue by JCJ Vanderheyden. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by JCJ Vanderheyden have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Poort - Gate in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 32,200.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2015 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tissue von JCJ Vanderheyden zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von JCJ Vanderheyden auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Poort - Gate im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 32.200,00.
