Sold at the lower estimate price
In November last year Il Ponte held the auction Arte moderna e contemporanea, which included the work Senza titolo by Hsiao Chin. The result of EUR 6,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hsiao Chin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blue in April this year with an auction result of HKD 372,000.00 (€ 379,884.78).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Hsiao Chin zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 6.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hsiao Chin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blue im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 372.000,00 (€ 379.884,78).
