In November 2018 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Brushwork III – Abstract Masters, which included the work Conjunction 77-12 by Ha Chong-Hyun. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 2,062,500.00 (€ 232,789.46), 38% above the upper estimate. Other works by Ha Chong-Hyun have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 2,750,000.00 (€ 310,385.94) in November 2018 for the work Conjunction 74-24.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 2.062.500,00 (€ 232.789,46) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
