The result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 42,844.90) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gerd Leufert have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Betijoque in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 206,250.00 (€ 182,151.37).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 42.844,90) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerd Leufert auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Betijoque im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 206.250,00 (€ 182.151,37).
