Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2020 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Curated, which included the work Hearst Tower, New York by Enoc Pérez. The »bidding war« ended at USD 35,280.00 (€ 30,291.06), 18% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Enoc Pérez have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Havana Riviera Hotel, La Havana, Cuba in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 374,500.00 (€ 302,895.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Curated durch, in der auch die Arbeit Hearst Tower, New York von Enoc Pérez zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 35.280,00 (€ 30.291,06) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Enoc Pérez auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Havana Riviera Hotel, La Havana, Cuba im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 374.500,00 (€ 302.895,50).
