Auction result well in line with expectations
In October last year Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Looking to the Right by Ella Kruglyanskaya. The price achieved of GBP 31,500.00 (€ 36,697.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ella Kruglyanskaya - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Swordfish Picnic, which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 81,250.00 (€ 113,648.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Looking to the Right von Ella Kruglyanskaya zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 31.500,00 (€ 36.697,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Ella Kruglyanskaya mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Swordfish Picnic beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für GBP 81.250,00 (€ 113.648,46) versteigert wurde.
