This artwork by Ding Fuzhi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Plum Blossoms sold for HKD 375,000.00 (€ 43,810.00) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ding Fuzhi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Plum Blossoms sold at auction in September 2019 with the realized price of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Ding Fuzhi erzielte im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Plum Blossoms für HKD 375.000,00 (€ 43.810,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Ding Fuzhi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Plum Blossoms im September 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42).
