Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bedspring (Blue / Green) by Arturo Herrera was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in September 2020. The price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,667.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arturo Herrera achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 389,000.00 (€ 299,507.24).
