In the Collection Henri-Georges et Inès Clouzot - Vente au profit du Secours Catholique auction, the work Composition sold for EUR 1,375.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Albert Chubac; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composition sold at auction in December 2012 with the realized price of EUR 2,125.00.
